Praia Grande de Pera
This beach is reached by turning off the N125 throught the narrow streets of Pera and then following signs to Carlos Beach Bar, but keeping straight ahead where the tarmacced road dies out. You will come to a car park and a timber walk way across the dunes. Turn right when you reach the beach and around the first promantory you will find a beach well used by naturists.

   

   

Caneiros Beach
This beach is reached by turning off the N125 following signs to Ferragudo. In Ferragudo bear right and continue for about 4 Kms, and then follow the sign to Caneiros. There is a small oval parking area at the end of the road. Turn right when you reach the beach and around the first headland you will find the naturist beach which is only accessible at low tides. Praia Grande de Ferragudo
Again head for Ferragudo, bear right and park at the bottom of the first hill. Walk up the road to the restaurant and down to the vast beach. Turn left and the further side of this beach is used by naturists. Or take the narrow track over the next headland and have a beach all to yourself!

   

   

Praia da Rocha, Tres Iramos
Take the road off the motorway to Portimao and Praia de Rocha. Past the Hotel de Vau take the track down to a car park. Walk over the cliffs from here to find several coves ideal for naturism, although it is a bit of a scramble to get down to them.

   

       

Praia das Furnas
This beach is further afield. Follow the motorway westwards and turn off towards Largos, and then towards Sagres. Turn off and go through Figuera and take track down to a beach which is well used by naturists.

   

Praia da Zavial
This beach is in the same direction but a bit further. Continue past Figuera and turn left in Raposeira. Follow signs for Zaval and stay on the narrow road for several kilometre to the beach. Naturists tend to use the eastern end of the beach. On the western side there is an excellent beach restaurant.
