Accommodation Guide - Individual Apartments

These are one and two bed roomed apartments in various parts of the resort. When we give you a quotation for a holiday it is usually an inclusive price for a basic apartment together with flights, car hire and holiday insurance. To give you an idea of the difference in prices we have shown against each apartment how much more it would cost to stay here for a week.

Casa España
This is one of the earliest properties built on the estate and was perfectly positioned to get all day sunshine on the balcony. The sun rises to the left over the sea and sets to the right over the mountain! These apartments have been recently refurbished and are nicely furnished. They have one bed room, bath room, kitchen with washing machine, and living room with TV. They are opposite the La Tunera Restaurant, 100 yds from the Centro Commercial and 200 yds from the sea.
Price: basic price.

Apartment Rosa
These two apartments are also from the earliest days of the estate, and are comfortably furnished.
Upstairs there is one bed room, bath room, living room with kitchen bar and TV and a small balcony with a magnificent sea view.
Downstairs there are two bed rooms, bath room, living room with kitchen bar and TV and a small sun terrace.
Price: basic price.

Apartments Palma
This new house has two small apartments upstairs and two downstairs. Each apartment has 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, one with a single bed.) a kitchen, bath room and living room. Downstairs apartments have a sun terrace. Upstairs french windows open up from the small balcony onto the living room.
It is about 300 yards from the sea, shops and restaurants.
Price: about £15 a week less than the basic price.

Apartments Franconia
This big house with 2 spacious apartments enjoys a quiet position in the centre of the resort. It is 300 yards from the sea, shops and restaurants.
The upstairs apartment has one bed room, bathroom, kitchen, living room with TV, and a pleasant sun bathing area with a good sea view.
The downstairs apartment has 2 bed rooms, bathroom, kitchen, living room with TV, and a sun bathing terrace.
Price: about £40 a week more than the basic price.
