Are you not yet a Naturist?
If you are not a naturist, you may be wondering about why there are special resorts and clubs for naturists and what it is all about. Books and books have been written about the sheer pleasure of doing things with out the encumbrance of clothes! Sun bathing and swimming without having to wear any garments are obvious examples. No damp wet swimming trunks long after the rest of your body has dried, and no white stripes where little bits of the body have been hidden from the sun. But lots of other things are pleasurable in the nude: walking, gardening, playing games, just chatting. It is not about showing off you body, so you definitely don't need a perfect physique to take part. It is not about taking a sneaky look at other people's naked bodies, so please don't join for that reason; you would be most disappointed with most of us. And although in many ways nudity is sensual, it is not sexual, and naturists behave to the opposite sex with the same or more decorum than most other people.

Would you enjoy a naturist holiday in Lanzarote if it was your first experience of naturism? Many people do first discover naturism by visiting naturist beaches while on holiday. But I would recommend people to experience something of naturism at home first before they book a naturist holiday.
